Celso and Bernadette made a vow of their devotion to one another in the Blue Ridge Weddings gazebo. They were joined by parents, siblings and children for this joyous occasion. The newlyweds are both from the Philippines and currently living in Chantilly, Virginia. Celso and Bernadette feel they are each marrying their best friend.
