Dwayne of Lake City, South Carolina and Starline of Hague, Virginia were married in the Blue Ridge Wedding Chapel at Wintergreen Resort at their favorite time of year - the autumn. The bride's honor attendants were Bonnie Martin and Connie Roy. The groom's best men were Arlen Rose and Alvin Jenkins. The bride was escorted by her son, Terrence Hall. The groom's daughters, Loren Green and Dana Green presented plaques that were given to the bride's and groom's mothers Laura Hall-Courtney and Roylee McKenzie.

After the wedding ceremony, a reception was held at the Lookout at Wintergreen Resort.
