The wedding of Richard Brinker and Christina Hammond took place Saturday, August 5, 2006 in an early morning ceremony at Fort Story in Virginia Beach, VA.

The groom is the son of Cecil and Janet Brinker of Ligonier, PA; and the bride is the daughter of Karen and Timothy Hammond of Norfolk, VA.

Cynthia Black was the Maid of Honor and Cecil Brinker was the Groomsman. They were joined by their 2 children Zachary and Gillian along with family and friends.

After the beach wedding, a reception was held at the Sandpiper recreation center. The couple then stayed 2 nights at the Barclay Bed and Breakfast in Virginia Beach, VA.
