Roland and LaViece had first met at Chix Beach. The two talked for hours as they walked along the shoreline on that first evening.

On Wednesday, August 23rd, they took the same surfside walk but this time as husband and wife.

Their beach wedding ceremony at Chix Beach was attended by close friends and family. A reception was held in a local restaurant after the wedding.
